"1 USER, 1 VOICE"
"Power User" is defined as a user able to influence and determine the price and supply of goods and services in a complex market. Through the power available to them, they can shape the pattern of demand for goods and services. The user also has the power to ensure fraud, fraud and oppression by the dealer does not occur simply through improving knowledge, strengthen self-esteem, learn and practice their rights as consumers.
Consumer power can be projected through:
• The user determines the market
• User united claim
• Unanimously in action
Users '1 'means users have to be integrated in a strong user community and create a "single user" in tandem effectively and represent a class of powerful and respected. Users also have the same rights regardless of their background and this right should be respected.
'1 Voice 'means each user must act in concert to uphold the values and practices of universal usability. This means that users have to act as an entity that seeks to achieve some of the same needs and rights through participation in either group organizations and associations.
Responsibilities:
Criticizing Awareness
Consumers must be made aware that criticized the quality and value of goods and services.
Commitment and Action
Consumers should always engage in social activities that ensure the interests of consumers.
Social Responsibility
Consumers must act with social responsibility. Take personal care about the environment and make any necessary if there is something wrong, even if you yourself are not directly involved.
Nature responsibility
Users must have a high awareness of the consumers about the environmental decisions that must be developed in harmony.
Solidarity
The most effective action to deal with the problem is with the spirit of cooperation and unity.
